Returns PolicyEVOLTA BiKES Returns Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at hello@evoltabikes.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any return-related questions, feel free to contact us at hello@evoltabikes.co.uk. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if: Your item is defective or damaged You received the wrong item We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Exclusions Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on: Sale items Gift cards Exchanges The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
