1-Year Warranty on All Products

At EVOLTA BIKES, we stand behind the quality and performance of our electric bicycles and accessories. That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all our products, ensuring that you can ride with confidence.

What’s Covered?

Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

✅ Frame & Forks – Structural integrity and craftsmanship defects.
✅ Battery & Electronics – Battery performance and electrical components.
✅ Motor & Controller – Functionality and performance issues.
✅ Display & Sensors – Manufacturing defects or malfunctions.
✅ Brakes & Mechanical Parts – Faults in factory-assembled components.

What’s Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover:

❌ Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads, cables).
❌ Accidental damage or improper use.
❌ Modifications or unauthorized repairs.
❌ Water damage from submersion or extreme weather conditions.
❌ Neglect, misuse, or lack of maintenance.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a warranty issue, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact us at support@evoltabikes.co.uk with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the problem

2️⃣ Our team will assess your claim and provide instructions on next steps.

3️⃣ If approved, we will repair, replace, or offer a solution in accordance with our policy.

Warranty Service & Repairs

  • Warranty repairs will be completed by EVOLTA BIKES or an authorized service partner.

  • In some cases, we may provide replacement parts for self-installation.

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to warranty claims.
